The Research & Development Technical Director
The Research & Development Technical Director bridges the communication gap between art and technology departments. I see my primary responsibility in creating and improving efficient, artist-friendly, production tools and improving their efficiency.
By designing, implementing and teaching better work processes, the R&D TD empowers an entire team of production artists to to collaborate efficiently. As a creative problem-solver, the R&D TD is called on to participate in design work, across the entire creative pipeline.
